WORKING PRINCIPLE

The material broken by Jaw crusher (and) or hammer crusher is fed into ball mill by bucket lifter and conveyer, then is ground by grinding medium, then enters the Self-diffluence classifier, where the separation of the coarse part and the fine part is finished by the forces of centrifugal and attractive force, the fine is collected by collector and bag filter, and the coarse returns to the grinding chamber. Being equipped with a multiple-stage classifier, it can give several different specifications of production directly.

FEATURES

1. The energy can be saved more than 40%, and it makes a great progress in classification, compared with the other ball mill.
2. The fineness from 300 to 2500 mesh can be given directly according to your requirements. Adding a set of classifier among the system, the fineness can reach d97d2um (6250 mesh).
3. High precision of classification and exact cutting point have come true owning to equipped with the newly-developed diffluent dense-phase technology, the energy consumption of the classifier is 40% of the other classifier under the same handling capacity, and the rate of extraction of fine powder is increased by 50%.
4. Thanks to the mixture ratio of grinding medium is reasonable, the rate of finished product is improved largely.
5. The selection of liner and grinding medium are depended on the purity and whiteness of the product.
6. The cost of civil engineering and corollary equipment are reduced by 50%, compared with the others.
